These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Grey Mobiles. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products & Descriptions

Grey Mobiles sells new and second-hand mobile phones and accessories. All products are sold as described. Device condition, battery health, and cosmetic grade are clearly stated in the product description.

3. Prices & Payments

All prices are listed in GBP and include applicable VAT (where applicable).
We accept payments via [Stripe, PayPal, and other available gateways]. Your payment must be authorized before your order is processed.

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

  • You may cancel your order before dispatch for a full refund.

  • If the order has been dispatched, it must be returned as per our return policy.

5. Shipping & Delivery
